We offer three renovated apartments with sea view, decorated in a modern style and equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort.

The first two apartments, "Cedmer" and "Canmer" overlook the swimming pool with a slide.

The third one,"Marimer", overlooks on the rectangular swimming pool .

Our apartments are located in the residence La Palme d'Azur, in Cannes La Bocca, classified 3 *.

This residence faces the Mediterranean Sea and is just 100 meters from the beaches.

It features two beautiful swimming pools, open from April to October for the round pool, and from May to mid-September for the rectangular one. Both are surrounded by lovely gardens.

CEDMER is on the second floor, facing directly south.

CANMER is two floors just above.

MARIMER is on the 3rd floor, facing south-east

We offer three renovated apartments in a modern style, each with air conditioning and sea view.

The apartments are 25m2 for CEDMER and CANMER and 26m2 for MARIMER, each with 7 m2 terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner while admiring the sea and pool view.

The kitchens are fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer (small fridges for Cedmer & Canmer), classical coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle and toaster.

All apartments feature air conditioning (living-room), fiber optic Wi-Fi, a TV (102cm), DVD player, and a convertible sofa bed with high-quality mattress.

Sleeping arrangements :

• One cabin-style bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed (90cm) for CANMER & MARIMER.
• One cabin-style bedroom with a double bed (140cm) for CEDMER.

Functional shower room. 

In order to provide you with a quality service, our service includes :

• A secure private parking space in the basement of the residence (maximum height 1m85)
• Air conditioning
• High-speed wifi, international channels on TV
• Bath towels
• Maintenance kit (cleaning products, sponges, etc.)
• Access to the swimming pools

Washing machine and dryer available in an automatic laundry 5 minutes' walk from the residence.

 Additional costs :

+ 40 € for final cleaning.

+ 1.27 € per adult per night for tourist tax

+ 5 € per person (optional) for bedsheets

No need for a car! Enjoy the residence’s swimming pools or head to the beach just 100  meters away.

Only two minutes from the residence you’ll find bus stops with regular direct lines to Cannes, as well as a night bus service, and free shuttles during the festival season.

The residence is located in Cannes la Bocca, a lively, shopping-friendly area along the sandy beaches of the Boulevard du Midi.

All shops are within easy reach - daily Provençal market, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and more.

Don't miss a trip to the Croisette, the Festival Palace, or the old town Le Suquet. You can also enjoy an excursion to the Lérins islands or discover nearby villages such as Saint Paul de Vence, Grasse, or Mougins.

After your booking (50% by credit card or paypal), you will receive a confirmation by mail.

Please note that the remaining 50% will be charged two days prior to arrival.

A 200 € pre-authorization will be also made on your credit card on the day of your arrival as a security deposit.
