We offer 3 renovated apartments sea view in a modern style with air-condition for your comfort ...

The first and second one, which are called "Cedmer" and "Canmer" overlook the swimmingpool with a slide.

The third one, called "Marimer", overlooks on the rectangular swimming pool .

Our apartments are located in the residence La Palme d'Azur Cannes Verrerie classified 3 *, in Cannes La Bocca on the seaside.

This residence faces the Mediterranean sea of Cannes La Bocca, accessible beaches at around 100 meters.

It is organized around 2 beautiful pools (open from May to September 2023 for the rectangular one and from April to October 2023 for the round one with a large slide), surrounded by lovely gardens.

CEDMER is located on the second floor, facing the round swimming pool, directly south

CANMER is located on the fourth floor,  two floors just above CEDMER

MARIMER is located on the 3rd floor next to the rectangular pool, facing south-east

We renovated our apartments in a modern style for your pleasure (see photos by clicking on each apartment).

The apartments are 25 m2 for CEDMER and CANMER and 26 m2 for MARIMER and each one has a terrace of 7 m2.

Each apartment has a very nice sea view and swimming pool even from inside the apartment.

With a large terrace with modern furniture so that you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner comfortably facing the sea.

The kitchen is new, designed and equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer (small fridges for Cedmer & Canmer), classical coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster.

They are also equipped with AIR CONDITIONING in the living room.

All modern comforts with LED TV 102 cm, Fiber optic WIFI, DVD playe.

Sleeping comfortably (5 people maximum): small bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bunk bed in 90. In the living room convertible sofa Italian high-end mattress thickness 14 cm, system rapido allowing to pass in 5s in bed configuration.

Functional shower room. Washing machine and dryer available in the residence (around 5 euros for one machine).

Our friends pets are not allowed.

In order to provide you with a quality service, our service includes:

* A secure private parking in the basement of the residence (attention maximum height 1m80: no roof bars)

* air conditioner

* High-speed wifi, international channels on TV

* bath towels

* Maintenance kit (miscellaneous products, sponges, etc.)

* Access to swimming pools in season

+ 35 euros for final cleaning.

+ 1.21 / adult / night for tourist tax

+ 8 euros / person (optional) : bedsheets provided.

If it is possible for us, we take you at the train station of Cannes Villes (without supplement). There is also the train station of Cannes la Bocca next to the residence.

No need for a car! Go to the swimming pools of the residence (open from early June to mid October) or to the beach at around 100 m!

You will find two minutes from the residence the bus lines with direct and regular lines to Cannes (1.5 euro), night bus, free shuttles during the festival.

The residence is located in Cannes la Bocca, lively and shopping area along the sandy beaches of the boulevard du midi.

All shops are nearby: Provencal market (every day), restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries ...

Do not miss a trip to the Croisette, the Festival Palace, the Suquet, and take an excursion to the islands of Lérin. To see also Saint Paul de Vence, city of artists, the massif of Estérel, Monaco, the hinterland: Grasse, Mougins ...

After your booking (30% by credit card or paypal), you will receive a confirmation by mail of your booking. The balance will be due when you arrive (cash or with your same credit card used for booking )

A deposit of 400 euros will be requested by cheque the day of arrival,  or 200 euros in cash (against receipt) .
